Plastic inserts are ideal in situations where hygiene and cleanliness are a concern or where foam would be inappropriate due to heavy soilage during use.  I.e. clean rooms, assembly rooms, tool rooms and lineside applications associated with medical, food manufacture/preparation and manufacturing/maintenance operations.
