ISPM 15 Pallets
Rout 1 manufacture a wide variety of bespoke packing cases and pallets for transportation in the UK and export around the world, certified to ISPM 15.
ISPM 15 (International Phytosanitary Standard for Packaging) is the packaging standard that ensures that the World’s forests are protected from the spread for pests and diseases from country to country.
All timber pallets, cases and crates produced by Rout 1 are stamped with the ISPM 15 mark to prove the product is manufactured to the correct standard and effectively acts as a passport for the packaging, allowing it move across international borders.
All our timber is KDHT (Kiln Dried Heat Treated), which ensures the final product is of the highest quality, whether this is a simple pallet or complex packing case with internal supports or structures to protect your products.
We can design the packaging using the CAD and provide a full drawing of the final product.
Depending on the size and weight of the products we can design and build pallets of virtually any size either 2 way or 4 way entry.
Cases and crates can be produced with either timber or plywood structures depending on the application, any weight restriction, stacking requirements and strength of case required.
We are happy to manufacture any quantity from 1 to 1000’s – should you have a large product we can visit and built the packaging on your site.
